Welcome back to MSU! You are a returning student if you have previously taken classes and/or graduated from MSU. If you have attended any other institution since MSU and are seeking a degree from Mayville State, we will need official transcripts from that institution(s).
A complete admissions file includes:
• A new MSU application for admission
• You do NOT have to pay an application fee if previously paid.
• If you attended other institutions after leaving MSU, you will need to submit official transcripts of all institutions previously attended. These must be sent directly from the institutions and must show all courses attempted and grades earned. Transcripts must be signed by a school official and contain the official school seal.
• Other official documents if not previously submitted.
