The STEM Boot Camp for Educators went GREAT!  The participating teachers had a lot of fun and learned many fun and exciting tools to bring back to their classrooms.  Please CLICK HERE to see a short video of the workshop. 

The purpose of the Boot Camp was to give educators insight on how to adapt curriculum with a STEM focus while aligning it with the ND state standards.  Participants worked to incorporate STEM concepts and activities into existing units or lessons that align to ND State Standards.

The presenters for this event were the sixth grade teaching team from the West Fargo STEM Center. Gretchen Peterson teaches Math, Gretchen Stafslien teaches Social Studies/Science, and Molly Bestge teaches Language Arts. They shared what they have learned about STEM education and 21st Century Skills.
